Setup the page
A committee member sets up the page, creates accounts for the rest of the committee and defines the positions that it will be possible to nominate for. A questionnaire can be setup with questions for the nominees.
Accept nominations
The committee spreads the link to the page. The nominees are notified instantly and is guided to respond to the nomination and submit answers to the questionnaire.
Present the proposal
When the deadline for nominations has passed the nominees can get additional time to give their responses. The committee has the option to publish their proposal and the motivation behind it directly on the page.
Spread the word
Create a representative starting point for the nomination committee that everyone involved can gather around. Benefit from members' personal networks and ensure that as many people as possible, submit their nominations quickly and easily.
Each nominee choose how they want to build their public presentation. Each questionnaire response may be publicly visible or limited to the nominating committee only. The presentation page can easily be shared on social media if the nominee wants to showcase the candidacy.
